Returns

Any unopened, unused items sold on DiscountPreparedness.com can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund:

• 30 days or fewer must have passed since the original purchase
• The customer must be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase
• Items must be shipped back in their original packaging and condition
• Customer must pay for costs of shipping (not refundable). Shipping costs may be deducted from return credit.
• Lion Energy Products will incur a 15% Restocking Fee

All returns are processed and issued by DiscountPreparedness.com Do not ship returned items to the product manufacturer unless instructed to do so.
