The 5 lb. honey tub is a great bulk size honey container that is filled with 5 lbs. of raw, local honey extracted from real beehives. Airtight containers keep the honey fresh and to preserve the great taste of wild, raw honey.
Derived primarily from the desert wildflowers of the Virgin River basin, and sweet alfalfa blossoms in the farming areas of Washington County, this hard-to-come by, milder honey has a delightful taste and is amber in color. It offers many local pollens of the St. George / SW Utah area.
Amber honeys typically have more vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidant properties compared to white honey. This honey will store “indefinitely” because it is raw, unpasteurized, and has no water added. Additionally, these bees were not given man-made, “sugar syrups” to maintain their hives. So this is pure, un-aided, natural honey in its purest form!
